About this role:

The Senior HR Manager UK & EMEA Offices acts as the primary HR Partner for UK and EMEA locations providing endtoend HR leadership and service delivery to managers and employees. The role ensures the delivery of highquality consistent and locally compliant HR support while reinforcing company policies culture and values.

Leading a team of three HR Advisors covering the UK Europe and TMEA this role plays a pivotal part in shaping HR practices enabling leaders supporting employees across the full employee lifecycle and fostering a positive inclusive and highperforming workplace.

The role supports employees across:

  • UK: London Mold and homebased

  • Europe: France Belgium Spain Croatia Switzerland

  • TMEA : Turkey Morocco Ivory Coast Dubai

The position requires strong judgment cultural agility and the ability to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions in a matrixed organization.

Accountabilities:

HR Partnership & Employee Relations

  • Serve as the trusted HR Partner for managers and employees across UK and EMEA offices providing expert guidance on employee relations policy interpretation and HR best practices.

  • Lead and support complex employee relations cases including performance management disciplinary matters grievances and conflict resolution.

  • Coach leaders on managing teams effectively through all stages of the employee lifecycle from onboarding through exit.

  • Proactively assess employee relations risk and work with HR Advisors and external counsel to mitigate legal and reputational exposure.

HR Strategy Engagement & Culture

  • Develop and implement HR processes and engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience satisfaction and retention across diverse locations.

  • Support leaders in embedding company culture values and ways of working within local teams.

  • Enable and encourage manager selfservice while building capability through targeted coaching upskilling and leadership development initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Collaboration

  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies and programmes ensuring they are locally compliant practical and aligned with overall HR strategy.

  • Coordinate employee communications to ensure clarity consistency and engagement across regions.

  • Track key HR metrics and insights providing meaningful analysis and reporting on engagement performance and workforce trends.

  • Work closely with People Services to drive HR process consolidation and continuous improvement across the UK and EMEA.

  • Partner with functional and operational leaders to design local HR initiatives that support business needs while maintaining global consistency.

Benefits & Reward Collaboration

  • Partner with Reward to support benefits harmonization where appropriate while accommodating local market practices and cultural expectations.

  • Provide input and feedback to the Reward team based on employee insights engagement data and market intelligence to support continuous improvement of benefits offerings.

  • Support the rollout of new or revised benefits initiatives including change management employee communications and manager enablement.

Governance & Compliance

  • Advise managers on employment law matters across UK and EMEA ensuring adherence to local legislation and company policy.

  • Stay ahead of market regulatory and legislative developments applying insight to continuously evolve HR practices.

  • Ensure robust governance documentation and auditready HR processes across all supported locations.

About you:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with 7 to 10 years experience in Human Resources in a generalist or HR business partner role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies practices and operations across the UK and EMEA.

  • Solid understanding of UK employment law (essential) with exposure to broader EMEA employment frameworks.

  • Proven experience supporting leaders and employees endtoend across the employee lifecycle in a multicountry environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to priorities and juggle multiple concurrent HR initiatives in a fastpaced multicountry environment.

  • Ability to operate confidently within a matrix organization influencing outcomes without direct authority.

  • Demonstrated capability to resolve complex or nonstandard HR issues requiring analysis judgment and innovative thinking.

  • Experience influencing subregional or crossfunctional outcomes through sound decisionmaking and stakeholder management.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt style simplify complex information and influence diverse audiences.

  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Capacity to analyze complex situations and implement practical solutions that address the needs of multiple stakeholders.
