We are recruiting a temporary Head of Music for a highly successful mixed secondary academy in Enfield to cover a one-year maternity leave. Main Responsibilities * Provide strategic leadership for the Music department across KS3 KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level).
Manage mentor and support a small dedicated team of subject specialists.
Oversee and expand the academys extensive extracurricular timetable including ensembles choirs and community performances.
Maintain high standards of academic tracking resource management and curriculum innovation.

Requirements * Essential: Must hold QTS and have direct experience delivering the UK secondary music curriculum.
