The Role\n
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy, fresh food restaurant in Ringwood. This is a high-volume kitchen serving a strong food offering across both indoor dining and outdoor service areas, within a venue that also operates 20 guest rooms.

You will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and consistently high standards.

What We're Looking For\n
- \n
- Experience at Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous / Senior CDP level \n
- Background in fresh food, high-volume kitchens \n
- Ability to support and lead a team during busy service \n
- Strong organisation and kitchen management skills \n
- Passion for quality ingredients and consistency \n
- Confident in maintaining food safety and kitchen standards \n
- Flexible to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends \n
- Own transport essential due to location \n
