Summary:
The Programme Manager (Transport) will provide senior leadership and specialist programme management expertise to support the successful mobilisation governance and delivery of complex transport and organisational transformation initiatives across the council and partner authorities. Working closely with the Transport Advisor and senior stakeholders the post holder will lead the coordination and oversight of high-profile transformation programmes ensuring effective governance stakeholder alignment delivery confidence and operational readiness. The role will involve establishing programme structures managing cross-functional workstreams overseeing risks and dependencies and driving successful implementation within a politically sensitive and evolving public sector environment.
