Summary We are looking for ambitious graduates of the highest quality to join The Oxford Health Company’s graduate programme. This is a hands-on, fully supported role designed to give you exposure across multiple areas of our fast-growing supplements business, with the opportunity to shape and develop your own career path with us. We’ll give you the foundations to grow into specialist areas such as: · R&D - Where innovation begins: Work with our R&D team exploring the latest science in nutraceuticals such as probiotics, collagen, mushrooms and longevity to create the next generation of supplements. · Testing & Quality - Meet the guardians of excellence, ensuring every product we make meets the highest safety, compliance and performance standards before reaching our customers. · New Product Development - Turn ideas into reality working with science, market trends and customer needs to bring innovative supplements from concept to launch. · Manufacturing & Production - Get hands on with our manufacturing team bringing formulations to life, working with advanced equipment, expert processes and strict quality controls to produce high-quality supplements. What We’re Looking For: A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nutrition or Dietetics A “consultant-ready” profile with a genuine passion for engaging and communicating with stakeholders across all levels, both internally and externally. An understanding or willingness to learn bespoke technologies and processes. Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and making a positive impact. Why Join Us?
