We are currently partnering with a rapidly growing UK-based technology solutions provider that specialises in delivering business-focused IT services to organisations across multiple sectors. Their service offering includes managed IT support cyber security cloud solutions infrastructure networking backup and disaster recovery and strategic IT consultancy.
Known for their customer-first approach and strong technical expertise the business supports clients with digital transformation initiatives operational resilience and long-term IT strategy.
Due to continued growth they are looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of clients while identifying opportunities for further account development and revenue growth.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Account Manager with experience within the IT services or MSP sector who enjoys building long-term relationships and delivering value-led technology solutions.
You will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of business customers ensuring their technology solutions continue to align with their evolving business requirements. Working alongside internal technical teams you will support clients across managed services cloud cyber security infrastructure and support solutions.
