Position Overview

We are seeking a confident and experienced HR Business Partner to support our business with a strong focus on managing complex employee relations and partnering closely with senior stakeholders. This role requires a credible resilient professional who can build trusted relationships while confidently challenging and influencing leaders in demanding environments. You will play a key role in driving fair consistent people practices navigating sensitive issues and shaping a highperformance culture aligned to business goals.

You will provide both strategic and operational HR support acting as a trusted advisor to our leadership teams and playing a key role in shaping our people strategy. The HRBP oversees the full employee lifecycle supports talent and workforce planning and uses HR insights to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on complex employee relations matters including conflict resolution investigations disciplinary processes and performance improvement.
• Partner with leaders to drive a highperformance culture supporting consistent fair and equitable people practices.
• Provide guidance to managers on HR policies people matters and organizational development.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employment law HR best practice and organizational change.
• Support the delivery of HR strategies aligned to business goals.
• Promote an inclusive and engaging workplace culture supporting initiatives that enhance employee experience and retention.
• Ensure consistent application and adherence to company policies across the business.
• Support workforce planning succession planning and talent development to build a strong leadership and skills pipeline.
• Lead or contribute to talent management activities ensuring strong alignment to business needs.
• Assist in the development and coordinate training and development programmes to enhance capability across the organization.
• Partner with managers and the wider HR team on reward compensation strategies central administration procedures GDPR compliance harmonization HR reporting and business continuity planning.
• Oversee compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market and organizational strategy.
• Analyze HR metrics and peoples trends to inform decisionmaking and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and support HR projects including change initiatives and organizational development programmes.
• Stay updated on evolving employment legislation and HR trends to ensure policies and practices remain compliant and effective.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes systems and ways of working.

Qualifications/ previous experience:

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent level HR role.
• Strong employee relations experience with the ability to handle complex and sensitive matters confidently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems make sound decisions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Indepth knowledge of HR best practices employment legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience leading HR projects and supporting change initiatives.
• A strong understanding of the importance of Inclusion & Diversity with the ability to embed inclusive practices within HR and the wider business.
• CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
