The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out inspections throughout the tenancy lifecycle ensuring properties are maintained to appropriate standards and producing accurate reports using specialist systems.

The role involves regular communication with landlords tenants and internal teams requiring strong organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced property environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Inspection Consultant:

• Carry out property inspections and produce detailed condition reports using specialist software
• Conduct mid-term tenancy inspections and provide updates to landlords
• Identify maintenance issues and liaise with internal teams to support resolutions
• Discuss property-related concerns with tenants and provide practical guidance where required
• Complete check-out inspections and accurately record property condition at the end of tenancies
• Support deposit negotiation processes and prepare documentation for dispute resolution where necessary

• Previous experience within residential lettings or a customer-facing role would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when compiling reports
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy schedule
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines consistently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and confident approach when dealing with landlords and tenants
• Good IT skills including experience using tablets MS Office and digital systems
