OurEquity Capital Markets (ECM)team is responsible for the oversight oforigination andexecution of a variety of transactiontypes (includingIPOs rights issues ABBs/blocks equity-linkedinstrumentsandequity private placements).
As an Investment BankingJunior Analyst withintheSouthern Europe ECMteam you will assist in preparingorigination / marketing materials topitch new ideasand execute transactions will be involved in the ECM coverage effort for a variety of corporate clients across industries. You will work closely together with other corporate finance / capital markets teams within the bank (investment banking coverage & industry teams mergers and acquisitionsdebt capital markets acquisition & leveraged financeandequity derivatives).
