End of Tenancy/MoveOut Cleaner (Oxford)

A growing property services provider is seeking experienced Move-Out Cleaners to assist with residential property handovers.

This role focuses on cleaning homes after tenants have left, ensuring they are ready for inspection and new occupancy.

Duties include

• Cleaning vacant homes

• Kitchens, ovens, and all internal surfaces

• Bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould removal

• Cleaning doors, windows, skirting boards, and flooring

• Preparing properties for handover standards

Work Schedule

• Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours

• Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

• Jobs are offered as they become available in your area

• Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours

Pay & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)

This position is best suited to cleaners with at least 2 years of relevant experience who are confident working independently. You’ll need your own cleaning equipment, transport, and the ability to communicate clearly in English when required on site.
