Residential EOT (End of Tenancy) Cleaner | Oxford

A busy cleaning company is looking for experienced Residential Cleaners to support ongoing end-of-tenancy work.

The role involves preparing empty homes after tenants move out to ensure they are ready for new occupants.

Core tasks

• Cleaning vacant rental properties

• Kitchens, ovens, and surfaces

• Bathrooms including mould and limescale removal

• Cleaning internal windows, doors, skirting boards, and floors

• Ensuring properties are inspection-ready

Work Schedule

• Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours

• Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

• Jobs are offered as they become available in your area

• Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours

Pay & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)

Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be confident working independently without supervision. You’ll need your own cleaning equipment and products, as well as your own transport for travelling between jobs. Good English communication is important for following instructions on site.
