Were now expanding our contract function into the US market and were looking for an ambitious, experienced 360 recruitment consultant to lead that charge. The average deal size across our team is currently £30,000, supported by a commission structure with no thresholds. The earning potential here is genuinely life-changing. The Opportunity Reporting into our Managing Consultant and working alongside some of our biggest billers, youll take full 360 ownership of a contract recruitment desk focused on the US Advanced Engineering, Clean Tech, and Aerospace & Defence sectors. From day one, youll leverage our existing embedded client relationships to start delivering, while simultaneously building your own network, winning new business, and laying the foundations for a team around you. This isnt a role where youre handed a script and told to dial. This is a platform to build a business within a business. What Youll Be Doing * Running a full 360 contract desk covering business development, client management, and candidate delivery * Building and maintaining relationships with key clients across the US Advanced Engineering market * Headhunting and networking to identify top contract talent via LinkedIn, our database, and beyond * Attending client meetings to explore opportunities and strengthen partnerships * Writing and posting compelling job adverts to attract high-quality candidates * Interviewing candidates and managing the full placement process through to offer and onboarding * Keeping pace with market trends to position yourself as a genuine specialist in your vertical * Leveraging our internal tech stack to maximise your efficiency and output What Were Looking For * 1–4 years experience in contract recruitment, with exposure to the US market * Proven track record running a 360 desk; youre as comfortable winning business as you are delivering * Experience recruiting within Advanced Engineering, Clean Tech, Aerospace, Defence, or a related technical sector is highly desirable * A genuine hunter mentality; you build relationships, spot opportunities, and back yourself * Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and hungry to build something * Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders on both sides of the Atlantic Whats In It For You * Competitive basic salary with truly uncapped earning potential * Lucrative commission with no thresholds and no caps * Average deal size of £30,000 across the team * Clear, structured career progression with a genuine path to leadership * In-house Learning & Development and ongoing coaching from senior consultants * Bi-annual winners trips to European destinations (previous trips include Marbella, Barcelona & Amsterdam) * Quarterly lunch clubs for top achievers * Quarterly team socials * Flexible hybrid working * Friday early finish * Childcare vouchers What Our Team Says "Fruition invests heavily in providing their consultants with the best tools and industry-beating training, as well as having a strong team of senior recruiters on hand for coaching and mentorship.
