Job description
At Terrific, every role directly impacts how we grow from product to revenue to customer experience. We’re building the next generation of social commerce through live shopping powered by real-time data and AI. And we believe customer data should belong to the brands who earn it — not third‑party platforms. The Role We have strong product, real interest, and early deals. What we don’t have yet is a clean, scalable way to turn that into consistent revenue. This role is to build that. You’ll own revenue end‑to‑end — and define how we sell, forecast, and grow. Not a “manage what exists” role. A build it properly role. What You Will Build A real go‑to‑market motion (not slideware) Clear positioning by segment and market A pipeline that actually converts A sales process that people follow Forecasting we can trust Alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, CS What You Will Own End‑to‑end revenue: Pipeline → Deals → Close → Expansion Revenue Own targets across new business + expansion Build a pipeline that is real (not activity) Hit numbers Sales Run and improve the full sales cycle Get involved in real deals Improve win rates and deal quality Team Build and lead a strong team Set a high bar and hold it Coach where it matters Pipeline & Forecasting Clean pipeline, clear stages, no noise Accurate forecasting No “following up” as a strategy GTM Define how we go to market Tighten ICP, messaging, and motion Align Sales, Marketing, Product Feedback Loop Bring real market feedback back internally Help shape product and positioning Who You Are You’ve built this before. Not just managed a team — actually built the system behind it. You’re comfortable getting into deals, fixing what’s broken, and creating structure where there isn’t any. Requirements 10+ years in SaaS (revenue / sales leadership) Have built and scaled revenue, not just maintained it Strong in mid‑market / enterprise sales Know how to run pipeline + forecasting properly Comfortable being hands‑on when needed High ownership Nice To Have eCommerce / media / marketplace experience Product‑led or hybrid sales exposure Experience across regions Why This Role Matters You’re not stepping into a finished system.
