- Salary: £40,000 – £52,000 basic per annum + transparent, achievable team bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (NO WEEKENDS & no Bank Holidays)

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic to manage your own workshop bay in Lymington. You will be responsible for carrying out routine servicing, diverse mechanical repairs, and logical diagnostic troubleshooting to exceptionally high standards.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic competence with an independent problem-solving mindset.
- Solid foundational knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fault resolution.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
