Art Teacher - Outstanding Ofsted School - Croydon Are you a hard-working, motivated and driven teacher who wants good support and career progression? • Art Teacher Role • Teaching up to GCSE and A-Level Art (KS3/4/5) • Croydon • MPS1 – UPS3 Salary • Full time or part time Art Teacher Art Teacher You would be working in a vibrant and creative Art department teaching Art across KS3, KS4 and KS5. The department is well-equipped with dedicated studio spaces, excellent materials and strong technician support, allowing students to explore a range of artistic techniques and creative processes. Students are encouraged to develop creativity, technical skill and independent artistic expression through a broad and engaging curriculum. Lessons are designed to challenge students while developing confidence in drawing, painting, mixed media and critical analysis. The department has a strong reputation within the school and regularly showcases student work through exhibitions and enrichment activities. Teachers work collaboratively to deliver engaging lessons and support students of all abilities to achieve excellent outcomes. The School provides a supportive environment where staff are encouraged to develop professionally and contribute positively to wider school life. You will benefit from excellent CPD provision, strong support for ECTs and opportunities for progression within the department and wider school community.
