We are health and social care provider supporting adults in 30 services nationwide. With over 1,000 staff and more than two decades of growth, we are a values-led organisation operating in a highly regulated sector where the quality of our people truly matters.
We are seeking a Head of People to lead our HR and Recruitment functions from our Head Office in Berkshire. Reporting directly to the CEO, this newly created role offers the opportunity to build a high-performing People function that drives culture, supports growth, and delivers an exceptional employee experience. It is a strategic yet hands-on position, suited to a confident HR leader who can operate at board level while remaining close to operational delivery.
