Role: Science Teacher\n
\nPay Rate: £180 - £210 per day\n
\nLocation: LS25\n

\nWe are working with a well-regarded and inclusive Secondary school in the LS25 area that is committed to helping every learner achieve their full potential. The school promotes a positive and purposeful learning environment where students are encouraged to develop confidence, curiosity and resilience across all areas of the curriculum.\n

\nWe are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join the school from September on a full-time long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire and engage students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 within a supportive and forward-thinking department.\n
\n
\nThe successful candidate will bring strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills and a proactive approach to supporting student progress and engagement. Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers.\n
\n
\nKey responsibilities include:\n
\n• Planning and delivering engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4\n
\n• Supporting students of varying abilities to achieve positive outcomes\n
\n• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment\n
\n• Monitoring and assessing student progress in line with school expectations\n
\n• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and wider pastoral teams\n
\n• Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom management\n
\n
\nThis is a long-term role with the potential to become ongoing for the right person. A supportive team and professional development opportunities are available within the school.\n
