We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Support Navigator to join a dedicated support team working with individuals who may be experiencing mental health challenges, vulnerability, or barriers to independence. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a person-centred environment and wants to make a genuine difference every day.
The Role
As a Support Navigator, you will manage a caseload of individuals, providing tailored support that empowers people to build confidence, develop life skills, and access opportunities within their local community.
No two days are the same - you could be helping someone attend appointments, supporting them to manage their tenancy or finances, working through support plans, or helping them take positive steps towards education, employment, and independent living.
You will work closely with external professionals, families, and support networks to ensure individuals receive the right level of support while promoting recovery, wellbeing, and long-term independence.
