Level 3 qualified - Grade 5, point 11 (starting salary £19,582)
Level 2 qualified - Grade 3, Point 4 (starting salary £17,525)

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
✅ Support pupils in their learning journey
✅ Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inspiring lessons
✅ Provide 1:1 and small group support
✅ Help build pupils’ confidence, independence, and resilience
✅ Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
