As a Complex Care Support Worker, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred support that enables people with complex health needs to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes, surrounded by the people and routines they know best.
You'll step into both new and existing care packages, bringing reassurance, stability, and confidence to clients, families, and care teams. Every assignment is different, giving you the chance to use your skills, experience, and initiative to deliver outstanding care that is tailored to each individual.

Flexibility That Works for You
This role will mainly cover packages across Tyne and Wear, although occasional travel outside the area may be required. Where same-day travel is unreasonable, accommodation will be provided.
