The Role
Working in a small office and warehouse team, you will assist with the day-to-day administrative checks and logistics paperwork required to keep our projects running smoothly.
Daily responsibilities include:
Routine Administration: Inputting contract data, processing orders, and keeping standard logistics paperwork up to date.
Supplier Tracking: Monitoring supplier delivery timelines and cross-checking order accuracy against standard lists.
Team Communication: Answering straightforward enquiries from suppliers and internal team members via phone and email.
