Job description
About Direct Medics Royal Victoria Hospital require :- Consultant Neurosurgeon with interest in vascular and complex spine Neurosurgery ESENTIAL CRITERIA Full registration with the General Medical Council plus a License to Practice (must have both at time of appointment). Fellowship of a Royal College of Surgeons in the UK or equivalent qualification. Entry on the GMC Specialist Register for Neurosurgery evidencing competency to provide the range of general adult elective & emergency, and emergency pediatric neurosurgical care via CCT (proposed CCT date must be within 6 months of interview date) CESR or European Community Rights All applicants to have demonstrable skills in written and spoken English that are adequate to enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues. Communication, reasoning and teamworking skills to be demonstrated on application and at interview. Must have access to a means of transport to facilitate movement between sites. Eligibility to work in the UK as per UKBA Immigration Regulations.
