To help us get there, we are looking for a proactive and highly capable Executive Assistant to Directors to help strengthen coordination, delivery and digital ways of working across our Executive priorities.
About the role
This is a newly created role, designed to increase capacity at Director level and support the effective delivery of MacIntyre's strategic priorities, including The Big Plan and our Everyone Everywhere approach.
Working closely with four Directors, you will help keep priorities moving, anticipate what is needed, coordinate activity across portfolios and ensure actions are followed through. You will play a key role in supporting project coordination, governance processes, communication flow, and the adoption of more effective digital systems and ways of working across the organisation.
You will need to be confident working at pace, comfortable navigating complexity, and able to build trusted relationships across the organisation. This is a role for someone who can think ahead, spot risks and opportunities early, and help create the conditions f...
