Job description
A high-achieving secondary school in Coventry is seeking a strategic and operationally-minded School Business Manager to join their Senior Leadership Team. This is a vital position responsible for overseeing the school’s multi-million-pound budget, managing site operations, compliance, and leading the administrative and support functions. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring the operational excellence and financial sustainability of the institution. Requirements * Essential: Significant previous experience as a School Business Manager or in a senior school-based operational role is a must. Essential: You must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship cannot be provided). A background in Finance, HR, or Operations (CSBM/DSBM qualifications are highly desirable). Key Details & Benefits * Contract: Full-time, Permanent. Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Salary Range: £46,000 – £53,000 per annum. Benefits: * Access to a robust Local Government Pension Scheme.
