\n\nAre you a Senior Field Service Engineer or Engineering Supervisor looking to step into a leadership role while still remaining hands-on, with excellent earning potential and real influence over a small engineering team?
\n\nOn offer is a unique opportunity to join a growing materials handling business in a hybrid role combining technical expertise with team leadership. You will spend the majority of your time in the field (around 70%), while also mentoring engineers, supporting complex diagnostics, and helping drive team performance.
\n\nDue to continued growth, the company is exploring the addition of a Technical Specialist / Team Leader to support a small regional team and enhance technical capability across key customer sites.
\n\nThis role would suit an experienced Field Service Engineer from a plant, forklift, or similar background who is confident with advanced diagnostics and is looking to take the next step into leadership without losing the hands-on element of the role.
