Shift Pattern: 9am - 11pm followed by overnight support. Support is provided 24/7, with rotas reflecting this. Flexibility can be accommodated where needed, ensuring fairness across the team

Shifts can include 9am – 5pm, 5pm – overnight support or a full 24-hour shift.

£13.45 per hour

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. Each person we support has different support requirements, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.

He loves swimming, going to the gym and playing on his ipad. He also loves going out for food with friends. Neil lives in his own home and receives support 7 days a week including at night. Sadly, it’s not always possible for Neil to enjoy what many people would consider these ‘simple pleasures’ without proper, dedicated support. That is why Neil needs you!
