You will be offering the following treatments: Threading, Tinting, Facial & Brow waxing, Korean Lash lift, Brow lamination and Ear and Nose piercing. Youll thrive in this role if you: Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and/or possess a relevant threading certification or have 1 year + professional experience in threading. An accreditation in waxing is preferable. Have a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service. You are happy offering ALL of the treatments above as part of your role. Journey to Joining Our Amazing Team 1 1. Submit Your Application Apply online by submitting your CV, ensuring it highlights how your experience aligns with our beauty roles. 2 2. Telephone Screening Our Talent Team will review your application, and if you meet the role's requirements, they will contact you to arrange a 20-minute telephone screening. This conversation will help us learn more about you and your experience. 3 3. Interview If you successfully pass the telephone screening, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the Store Manager or Beauty Studio Manager. The interview will be held in-store and will involve a detailed discussion about your experience and expertise in Beauty or Hair. 4 4. Trade Test We want to see you do what you do best! At your face-to-face interview, you will also be asked to complete a Trade Test so we can assess your practical skills and client interaction. This could be a nail, brow or hair treatment dependant on what role you have applied for. The Talent Team will talk you through this when scheduling so you know exactly what to expect, Please note, to ensure the Trade Test runs smoothly, we ask that you bring along a friend/family member who can act as your model for this assessment. 5 5.
