You are accountable for defining end-to-end PLM solution architecture, ensuring alignment across business requirements, system design, integrations, data models, and non-functional requirements.Success in this position is defined by your ability to translate business and engineering needs into scalable PLM architectures, guide delivery teams, and ensure solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & DesignDefine end-to-end PLM solution architecture for enterprise implementations, with Siemens Teamcenter as the primary platformTranslate business, engineering, and IT requirements into logical and physical solution designsOwn architecture artifacts including system landscapes, integration patterns, data models, and deployment viewsEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security, and non-functional requirementsProvide architectural governance and design assurance throughout the delivery lifecycleTechnical Leadership & Delivery SupportAct as the technical authority for PLM solution decisions across design and implementation phasesGuide and mentor solution designers, technical leads, and development teamsSupport configuration, customization, and extension design while balancing standard platform capabilitiesTroubleshoot complex architectural and integration issues and drive resolutionIntegration & Data ArchitectureDesign and govern integrations between Teamcenter and adjacent enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES, ALM, CAD, data platforms)Define PLM data models, data migration strategies, and master data alignmentEnsure data integrity, performance, scalability, and lifecycle traceability across systemsStakeholder & Vendor CollaborationCollaborate with business, engineering, and IT stakeholders to validate architectural decisionsWork closely with Siemens and other technology vendors to align on product capabilities and roadmapsSupport sales and pursuit teams by contributing to solution architectures, estimates, and technical responses________________________________________Required Qualifications15+ years of experience in PLM solution architecture and implementation, with deep expertise in Siemens TeamcenterProven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale PLM solutions in complex environmentsStrong hands-on knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, configuration, customization, and deployment modelsExperience integrating PLM with ERP, MES, ALM, CAD, and other enterprise systemsSolid understanding of data models, lifecycle management, and engineering processesExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders________________________________________Preferred QualificationsSiemens Teamcenter certifications preferredExperience in industries such as Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, or High-TechPrior experience in roles such as PLM Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Enterprise ArchitectExperience supporting US-based clients in large, regulated, or multi-site environmentsPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
