You are directly accountable for end-to-end delivery, including program governance, execution cadence, financial control, risk management, and value realization.Success in this position is defined by your ability to run programs, align stakeholders, manage complexity, and deliver measurable business outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, and adoption.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Ownership & ExecutionOwn full end-to-end delivery of enterprise PLM & MFG transformation programs, from mobilization through stabilization and benefits realizationEstablish and run program governance (roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, RAID, escalation paths, and executive reporting)Drive execution across multiple parallel workstreams, including PLM & MFG core configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and organizational changeServe as the final escalation point for delivery risks, issues, and cross-functional conflictsEnsure consistent execution across US-based and globally distributed delivery teamsFinancial & Delivery AccountabilityOwn program financials including budget, forecast accuracy, change control, and cost governanceManage scope, schedule, quality, and risk to meet committed delivery outcomesDrive delivery predictability through disciplined planning, cadence, and performance trackingStakeholder, Client & Vendor LeadershipAct as the primary accountable leader for senior Business, Engineering, and IT stakeholdersLead executive forums including SteerCos, QBRs, and MBRsDrive alignment and decision-making across business units, functions, and geographiesManage PLM & MFG platform vendors and system integrators to ensure contractual and delivery commitments are metSupport sales and account teams by shaping execution-focused program plans and delivery modelsValue Realization & OutcomesDefine and track program-level KPIs tied to adoption, cycle time, productivity, quality, and costEnsure delivered PLM & MFG capabilities translate into realized business value, not just technical go-liveIdentify opportunities to de-risk, accelerate, or optimize execution throughout the program lifecyclePeople & Delivery Capability LeadershipLead and mentor program managers, project managers, solution leads, and workstream ownersBuild a high-accountability delivery culture focused on transparency, ownership, and outcomesDrive reuse of delivery standards, templates, and best practices across PLM & MFG programs________________________________________Required Qualifications15+ years of experience in PLM & MFG, with a strong focus on enterprise program and large-scale implementation leadershipDemonstrated ownership of complex, multi-year PLM & MFG programs spanning multiple business units and geographiesStrong hands-on experience with program governance, financial management, dependency management, risk management, and executive reportingSolid working knowledge of major PLM & MFG platforms – with focus on Siemens suite of solutionsExperience delivering PLM & MFG programs in industries such as Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, or High-TechProven ability to lead senior stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions in complex environments________________________________________Preferred QualificationsProgram management certifications such as PgMP, PMP, or SAFe (LPM/RTE) strongly preferredPrior experience in roles such as Enterprise Program Manager, Program Director, or Transformation LeadExperience supporting US-based clients in large, regulated, or multi-site environmentsPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
