This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to lead end-to-end recruitment activity across a broad range of service areas, supporting the Council’s ambition to attract, engage and retain exceptional talent.
The successful candidate will manage permanent, fixed-term and temporary recruitment campaigns, working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver an outstanding recruitment service and candidate experience. The role will also play a key part in workforce planning, market mapping, talent attraction initiatives and continuous improvement across recruitment processes.
