Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
Start Date: August 2026 (or later by agreement)
Working Pattern: Office based initially (hybrid considered longer-term)
We are working with a well-established, independent financial planning firm based in Wokingham that is looking to appoint a Trainee Independent Financial Adviser as part of its long-term growth plans.
This is a genuine development opportunity for someone looking to build a career as a client-facing adviser, with strong mentoring, structured training, and an existing client base to inherit.
The OpportunityYou’ll join a small, professional team of advisers and support staff, working closely with senior advisers from day one. The role is client-facing, and you’ll attend meetings, shadow advisers, and gradually take responsibility for your own client relationships.
