We seek talented individuals who share our values of Community, Courage, Curiosity, Collaboration and Creativity, and who are passionate about making a positive difference every day.What you'll do: Be a kitchen star and plan all operations & training for the production team Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts Work on the range with the kitchen team to train, guide & develop Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standardWhat you bring: Food and Hygiene and Health and Safety CertificatesExperience in menu planning and production Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking.Good knowledge of pastry work.Hold basic food handling skills certification:NVQ Level 2 - desirableLevel 2 Food safety Certificate - desirableA minimum of 1 years of experience in hands on cooking.Training on Food Hygiene, and Health & Safety will be ongoing throughout the year.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
