About the Role
\nCambridgeshire County Council is looking for experienced Social Workers to join their Family Safeguarding Team, supporting children, young people and families through intervention, protection and court processes.
\nThis is a busy and rewarding safeguarding role, managing a varied caseload across:
\nWorking within the Family Safeguarding model, you'll focus on building strong relationships with families while managing risk, progressing plans and achieving safe outcomes for children.
\nThis role requires confidence in court work and statutory processes, alongside the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.

\nThis role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975. As this role is eligible for an Enhanced DBS check, applicants are required to declare any cautions and convictions that are not protected under current filtering rules.
