Working as a developer within a high-performing Agile team you will play an active role across the full development lifecycle ensuring solutions are robust scalable and delivered to a high standard while collaborating closely with peers and a Developer you will:Deliver and support software solutions: Implement enhancements and new capabilities investigate and resolve defects (including live issues) and provide build scripts/packages for deployment across all effectively in Agile delivery: Contribute actively within Agile teams attend ceremonies provide timely updates in Agile tools and adhere to agreed toolsets and delivery technical quality and governance: Follow SDLC methodologies apply branch/merge strategies unit testing approaches peer reviews pair programming and active collaboration and continuous improvement: Provide and receive peer code reviews identify and champion process improvements and contribute to technical and lead by example: Coach and support colleagues fostering best practices and high-performing team Were Looking ForExperience in enterprise software delivery using technologies such as Salesforce (Visualforce Apex Triggers Lightning) .NET Core (C#) MuleSoft OpenAPI/RAML and SQL/NoSQL systems integration expertise with hands-on experience designing and consuming APIs and a solid understanding of relational database concepts and data delivery in fastpaced environments supporting frequent releases to live systems with sound knowledge of CI pipelines and unit testing Agile team member comfortable working in iterative delivery teams with regular ceremonies and professional skills including clear written and verbal communication ability to work independently with minimal supervision and rigorous attention to We HireWe use AI to help organise applications and surface early matches but all decisions are made by humans.
