On behalf of a client in our partner network we are currently looking for a Commercial Operations Director to join their team.
Our client is a Series B B2B technology company headquartered in London providing workforce intelligence and labour market analytics to enterprise HR and talent acquisition teams across the UK Europe and Australia. With 22m ARR 110 employees and an NRR above 120% the business has strong product-market fit and is now investing in the commercial infrastructure (processes systems and data) that will allow it to scale the revenue function without losing efficiency or quality.
As Commercial Operations Director you will own the systems processes and analytical frameworks that power the revenue organisation. You will be the connective tissue between Sales Marketing Customer Success and Finance ensuring the commercial team has the data tools and operational support to perform at its best. This is a strategic and operational role in equal measure.
