About the Role
As an Early Years Assistant youll be an essential part of our team creating a warm engaging and enriching environment where every child feels safe seen and inspired to learn.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the learning and development of children aged 05 through meaningful play and planned experiences
Ensuring every child feels valued nurtured and challenged according to their unique interests and needs
Following safeguarding procedures and promoting a culture of safety and care
Building strong partnerships with parents and families
Reflecting on your practice and actively engaging in training and development

A strong interest in working with children to help them develop and grow
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
Great communication and teamwork skills
A reflective can-do attitude and a willingness to grow
A current Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo a check
