About the Role:

As Assistant Reception Manager youll be the welcoming face of the F&B outlet(s) setting the tone for a memorable and positive guest experience from the moment they arrive.

Working closely with the F&B Management Team youll take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the reception team(s) always ensuring the smooth and professional delivery of service.

From team coaching and performance management to setting departmental goals and delivering excellent guest interactions youll lead by example and be a source of motivation and support for your team.

• Guest-Focused You go above and beyond to ensure each guest feels welcome and valued.
