The Mortgage Services Division benefits from a strong volume of quality internally generated leads offering an excellent platform for career development and success.

This role would suit a sales-focused individual looking to build a long-term career within financial services. Free CeMAP training and assessment are available for suitable candidates although candidates will be expected to contribute towards the cost of the CeMAP examination.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

• Advising clients on suitable mortgage and protection products
• Managing mortgage enquiries generated through the estate agency network
• Building relationships with buyers and guiding them through the mortgage process
• Maintaining compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures
• Working closely with estate agency colleagues to maximise opportunities
• Developing knowledge of mortgage products lenders and financial services

• CeMAP qualified
• Previous experience within sales customer service or estate agency preferred
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Motivated to build a career within mortgage and financial services
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Ability to work within a busy and target-focused environment
• Full UK driving licence
