We are currently seeking a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist specialising in Histology to join our clients team in Norfolk. This is a full-time ongoing position working core hours only offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a busy and well-established laboratory service.
You will process and embed tissue samples perform microtomy and stain slides for microscopic examination. You will support pathologists in diagnostic reporting.
- HCPC registration
- Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent
- Experience in Histology within a clinical laboratory
- Experience with microtomy and staining techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- NHS experience (preferred)
