Were recruiting for a Hungarian-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a busy customer service team supporting a well-known retail brand. Youll be helping customers through social media and email so this is a great opportunity if you enjoy written communication online shopping fashion retail and helping people get things sorted quickly.
This is a hybrid role based in Belfast with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Youll support customers with a range of everyday enquiries including:
