Job description

At Parkdean Resorts were looking for a confident and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our busy complex operations. If you love delivering great service supporting teams and keeping things running smoothly this could be the perfect next you will be the complex is presented to the highest standards both visually and in line with food safety and hygiene a warm welcome to guests and ensuring their needs are met throughout their the Complex Manager with labour planning and wage cost ordering systems accurately to place and manage food and beverage cash handling procedures including till use and cashing stock levels to ensure availability reduce waste and achieve gross profit recruitment induction training and development of team closely with kitchen teams to ensure food meets specification and portion controls are customer complaints professionally and efficiently to secure positive compliance across food safety health & safety financial controls and mandatory shifts during the absence of the Complex Manager to ensure seamless any additional tasks required by the General Manager or Complex experience supervising or leading a team in a food and beverage environment.A guestfocused engaging approach with a passion for delivering memorable handling cash and following financial control working in a fastpaced highpressure to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and bank Hygiene Level 2 (or equivalent) training can be why Parkdean ResortsWell besides the one-of-a-kind team culture stunning locations across the UK and the chance to work with the UKs largest holiday park organisation we can offer:The chance to develop your skills and boost your career across our 65 parks weve got your back when it comes to training!Youre never on your own with our Employee Assistance Programme!
