The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Talent Sourcer to join Capcos established Talent Acquisition team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

We are looking for a sourcing specialist who thrives on identifying engaging and attracting exceptional talent across competitive markets.

Youll play a key role in building diverse talent pipelines delivering outstanding candidate experiences and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to support strategic hiring priorities across the business.

What Youll Do

• Proactively source high-quality technical talent across Software Engineering Data Product and other related Technology disciplines.
• Build and manage talent pipelines through market mapping networking direct outreach and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities talent availability and market trends.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the early recruitment lifecycle from first engagement through to process management.
• Support inclusive hiring outcomes by developing diverse talent pools and promoting Capco across relevant talent communities and digital platforms.

What Were Looking For

• Strong experience within technical sourcing or technical recruitment either in-house or agency-side.
• Proven success sourcing technical talent across areas such as Software Engineering Data and Product or UX/UI is addition to this further experience hiring in more traditional delivery areas e.g. Business Analysis and Project/Programme Management will also be deemed beneficial.
• Excellent direct sourcing and candidate engagement capability particularly within competitive talent markets.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring streams pipelines and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

• Experience supporting hiring within consulting financial services or technology-led organisations.
• Knowledge of talent mapping and market intelligence techniques across specialist technology domains.
• Exposure to employer branding or talent attraction campaigns across social and digital channels.
