School Business Manager
An ambitious Secondary School in Wakefield is seeking an experienced and highly organised School Business Manager to join their senior leadership and support staff team. This is a key leadership role within the school responsible for overseeing the operational financial and administrative functions that support the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
The successful candidate will lead on financial management budgeting procurement and resource planning while ensuring compliance with school policies and statutory requirements. You will work closely with senior leaders to support strategic planning and contribute to the continued development and success of the school.
Responsibilities will include managing support staff teams overseeing site and facilities operations supporting HR processes and ensuring efficient systems are maintained across finance administration and operations. Strong leadership organisational and communication skills are essential for this role.
The school is looking for someone proactive professional and able to manage multiple priorities effectively within a busy educational environment. Previous experience within school business management or operational leadership would be highly advantageous.
