About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager with a strong technical background to drive the development and success of our B2B products (preferably in fintech or operations). You will play a key role in shaping our product strategy working seamlessly across remote engineering teams and collaborating with stakeholders in both startup and enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with remote engineering teams designers and stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap.

• Leverage your technical background to bridge the gap between business needs and engineering execution.

• Engage closely with customers and internal teams to gather insights and continuously improve product performance.

• Work effectively in both startup and large-scale corporate environments adapting processes to fit the organizations needs.

• Ensure seamless communication across cross-functional teams acting as the central point of coordination.

• Drive efficiency and organization in product development managing priorities and timelines effectively.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager working on B2B products (preferably in fintech or operations).

• Strong technical background (e.g. software development engineering or related field).

• Experience in implementing AI-driven products or AI agents is advantageous but not a mandatory requirement.

• Experience working in both startup and enterprise environments with the ability to adapt to different ways of working.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams.

• Hands-on approach with a proactive mindsetcomfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with remote engineering teams ensuring smooth execution and alignment.
