Youll work in small, agile delivery teams on exciting, challenging projects that solve *real-world problems* with a direct impact.* **About the Role*As a DevOps Engineer, youll play a key role in designing, building, and supporting secure, efficient, and scalable systems. You will work closely with multi-skilled feature teams to: Develop, test, deploy, release, operate, and monitor software products. Design and manage *automated CI/CD pipelines*. Build and operate shared *platform services* for deployment, operation, and monitoring. Create infrastructure using *Infrastructure as Code (IaC)* principles. Deploy and operate products in *AWS*, *Azure*, and on-premises environments. Support teams in adopting and optimising shared platform services. *About You*Youll enjoy working on complex and varied projects, and youll have a *proactive, can-do attitude* with a passion for continuous learning. *Essential experience:* Building and deploying secure products using modern technology and patterns. Familiarity with *AWS* and/or *Azure* concepts and services. Designing and running reliable, scalable shared solutions. Working across the full *Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)*. Delivering in agile environments using *Scrum* or *Kanban*.
