As a Guest Services Team Member youll be instrumental in planning and organising meetings and events ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Youll handle event bookings conduct site visits and work closely with the hotel and food & beverage teams to coordinate groups and events. Additionally youll manage the social media presence engaging with followers and promoting our services. Your role will also involve providing exceptional guest service professionally handling any complaints and creating a welcoming atmosphere to ensure all guests have an outstanding experience.
