When guests enter one of our hotels they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Services Assistant youll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. Youll also create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
What will you be doing
As a NightGuest Service Assistant you are responsible for providing exceptional service to guests. Cleaning public areas/meeting rooms cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A NightGuest Service Assistantwill also be required to manage guest requests; specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
A NightGuest Service Assistant always works on behalf of our Guests and other Team Members; to successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow:
