About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Officer to join ourGround HandlingTraining this role you will supportRyanair withthe delivery of initial recurrent and compliance training across ramp and back-of-house operational departments.

You will play a key role in ensuring our workforce is trained to the highest safety regulatory and operational standards contributing to safe efficient and compliant airport operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and practical training across ramp and BOH functions
• Conduct initial training refresher courses and competencyassessments
• Identify training needs through operational feedback audits and performance data
• Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation
• Produce training reports and support audit and compliance activities
• Work closely with Safety & Compliance Operations and Management teams
• Support the development of a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset
• Mentor coach and motivate employees to achieve high performance standards

About You

You are a confident and engaging trainer with a passion for developing people and maintaining high safety standards in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Essential Requirements

• AET (Award in Education and Training) or equivalent training qualification
• Previous experience delivering training within an aviation environment including Headset and pushback
• Strong understanding of airport ground handling safety procedures and compliance standards
• Experience delivering both theoretical and practical training sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence coach and develop operational teams
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• IT literacy (MS Office and training record systems)

Desirable

• Train-the-Trainer ADPM
• Experience with Dangerous Goods training
• Knowledge of CAA/EASA regulations or IATA standards hold a CIN
• Experience supporting audits or complianceprogrammes
• Design and develop lesson plans training materials and assessments in line with regulatory requirements (e.g. CAA/EASA/ICAO where applicable)
