The start of a new academic year is often the best time to join a new school. Teams are being finalised, pupils are preparing to return and specialist provisions across East Sussex are looking for dedicated educators to strengthen their staff teams.
I'm currently supporting a number of SEND and SEMH schools with recruitment for September and have opportunities available for both experienced professionals and those looking to begin a rewarding career within specialist education.

Many successful educators come from mainstream education, youth work, residential care, coaching or mentoring backgrounds.
Recruiting early gives you the best opportunity to find a school that genuinely suits you.
It also gives us time to complete safeguarding checks, discuss your preferences and introduce you to schools before September becomes particularly busy.
An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service is required. If you don't currently hold one, we'll support you through the application process.
As part of safeguarding, we'll also require references covering a total of 24 months of employment history (where possible), alongside a full employment and education history.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
