The Role
As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of HR operations.
Key duties will include: ·Managing the HR inbox and handling first-line HR enquiries ·Supporting recruitment, onboarding and new starter administration ·Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation ·Assisting with probation reviews, leavers and benefits administration ·Preparing letters, forms and HR documents ·Supporting the wider HR team with administration and coordination tasks ·Providing professional and approachable support to employees and managers
